What’s the point?  Actually, it’s about your PEACOCK COFFEE “points”.

 

PEACOCK COFFEE is migrating from our current loyalty program (RewardUp)

to a new platform called LoyalZoo.  More points, more frequent rewards. 

Better user interface (for those UI geeks). 

 

I have also activated a DOUBLE POINTS REWARDS UNTIL 7/25/22!

HOW DOES THIS IMPACT YOU? 

Very Little, Read the Q&A, take the action steps,  and you will be all set.

  • Will my points move from RewardUp to the new platform?
    YES! – I’ve already taken care of this.
  • Will gift cards purchased under RewardUp still be honored?
    Yes!
  • Will I get rewards more often?
    Yes!
  • Do you have an APP for the new platform?
    Yes – Search your phone's APP store for “LoyalZoo” – your RewardUp credentials (phone # or email address) has been added to LoyalZoo. Use that to Register your APP. You can also follow this link that takes you to a landing page to download the app. https://www.loyalzoo.com/app/
  • Can I check-in via the App when I arrive?
    Yes!
  • Can I see my reward level on the App?s
    Yes, as well on the Point of Sale Customer Facing screen when you check-in / pay.
  • Can I see Drink Specials on the APP?
    Yes!
