Special Introduction Beans

You are seeing a preview launch of the beans menu that will be featured here at Peacock Coffee.  Some beans will be a staple find while others will rotate out based on the harvest seasons.  They are all roasted on a proprietary Zero Emissions Roasting Machine that produces a gourmet experience.  These are not stock photos, but actual pictures taken from the farm they were grown from, representing the authentic story behind every cup.

Magia Del Campo

Blood Orange, Chocolate, Bing Cherry

This is an exceptional lot of the Colombia Magia del Campo. We love the deep sweetness, bright acidity and juicy body in this harvest. Light and medium roasts displayed notes of blood orange, caramel, tart cherry, and praline, all lifted up by a beautiful acidity and juicy body. Darker roasts exhibited notes of bittersweet chocolate, crème brûlée and toasted almond.
